It must have been the sun.

I´m in a terrific mood today. Maybe it´s the sun. I mean, eating lunch for the first time of the year on my balcony says a lot.

My loved ones were very happy at the, what shall I call it...spring release?

Extremely cute and incredibly tasty.

Just wanted to show my crispbread elk. So, here it is.

I also wanted to say that this film exceled my expectations and scince I've read the book my expectations were high. Very high.
Just see it.

I will always love Sarek tunnbröd.

It was a pretty beautiful day.

I havn´t eaten "Sarek-tunnbröd" since all outings in early compulsory school. That must be...eight, nine maybe ten (!) years ago. So, after a long last I thought it was about time to make mysef a Sarek tunnbröd, find a comfy rock to sit on and reminiscing about all good days I've had.

Somehow, clouds decided to roll in. I went home.

The Advent pie.

Saffron pie with turkey bacon and tomatoes.

I was quite lucky one day when I was digging in the freezer, trying to find anything I wanted for lunch, and this left-over pie showed up right before my eyes. I made it for the first time in the middle of our christmas preparation but I definitely won´t waite another year to indulge it. This pie is too delicious for just eating one time a year.

The breakfast nightmare.

Here is todays breakfast. I never thought the combo of mango, orange juice and banana would be such a good match. Since I was not using any orange juice bought from the supermarket but simply pressed the juice my self ( hey, I can do that) from fresh oranges, led me to the I thought that the juice would make the smoothie too sour. I added one banana to sweeten it up a little bit, but was afraid that the banana would bring to much banana flavour in to it.
Gosh, what a morning. Lucky I was determined that the mango would fit just fine.
At the end of all the smoothie actually got quite delicious. Not too banana-ish, nor too orange-ish and with a perfectly fit mango in between.
